European Styling Lands on UK Shores

Coleman Milne, the UK’s leading manufacturer of ceremonial vehicles, is pleased to announce a new development of the popular Mercedes E-Class hearse.
The new variant of the E213 hearse has been expertly redesigned by the in-house team of design engineers and takes inspiration from the ceremonial market of continental Europe. The re-engineered upper body of the vehicle makes use of the existing Mercedes windscreen and standard front doors of the base vehicle to give a sleek and streamlined appearance.
In terms of dimensions, the vehicle will mirror its classic counterpart in all but height; this will reduce by 75mm, however, the deck itself has in turn been lowered by the same amount so as not to compromise the internal deck space. The lower deck will still be able to offer underdeck storage facilities as well as the option of a 2 or 3 bearer deck.
In spite of a brand-new look, this latest variant incorporates the same innovative features and options as the rest of the range, including the no-cost glass roof option and choice of petrol or diesel engines.
“This new offering is the latest innovation from a business that has continually evolved with the market to meet its demands,” says Graham Clow, National Sales Manager. “Our range offers the broadest choice for funeral directors of all shapes and sizes throughout the UK, and we’re proud to be in such a position.”
Due to be unveiled at this year’s NFE at Stoneleigh Park, the vehicle will be available for demonstration from late June, so get in touch with your Area Sales Representative today to register your interest.
