The Surelift can be installed variety of vehicles including the Renault Trafic, Mercedes Vito the VW T5 Transporter and Vauxhall Vivaro.
Using a clean, quiet & efficient linear actuator in each corner, Surelift is capable of lifting 300kg on it’s top deck, with operation of the deck being from the rear door pillar on a sealed, wipe clean switch unit.
The Surelift system is designed with ease of operation & safety of equal importance. With a system this discrete & quiet, if a side door is opened, the lift stops to ensure there is no risk of trap. The lift also stops if it detects anything while it travels downward, while still being able to be raised again should it need to be.
With eliminating as much manual handling as possible in mind, and the fact that access is sometimes restricted to the bottom deck, Surelift has the option of a power bottom deck which slides out to enable a safe & easy move or lift of any stretcher or coffin. Utilising another state of the art, strong but silent electronic actuator with direction buttons which can only be used with the bumper protector up to stop any unexpected movement, this essential option further improves the usability & safe operation of the class leading Surelift system.
Loading a Surelift is easy, but that’s only half of the job. With such a large range of stretcher & coffin sizes in operation, some other manufactures forget the challenges of securing these inside the vehicle safely. Having built up good relationships with valued customers over the years, listening & accommodating their needs, Surelift has a range of optional versatile deck fixings with the ability to secure any combination of Stretcher & coffin, safely. In addition to that, the light-weight yet heavy duty loading ramp on each deck locks securely in place for transit. Damage to the inside of your van is a thing of the past.
Of course, any job requires tools. Adequate storage for day to day items is a must. Sturdy storage boxes built into the side door opening apertures give an easy access solution to this, as do the optional storage panels specifically designed carry ‘first response’ folding stretchers. If your van has a side loading door at each side, this could be up to 4 stretchers.
Naturally all surface materials are wipe clean, and as standard each deck has 6 rubberised smooth action rollers, a rubber covered end stop and fixed + adjustable coffin stops, protecting delicate decorative mouldings on today’s coffins.
